Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. To ensure this, we have designed hassle-free and streamlined process to return products, whenever applicable.

What is Return Policy?

  • Returns should be made within 7 days of your purchase (For example, if we receive your order on the 1st of November, the last day to be able to return your item(s) is 7th of November) in original, undamaged packaging. Any item(s) being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item(s). 
  • Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for store credit. 
  • If the product is not returned in its entirety or if the packaging/product has been damaged, or if accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the item or deduct additional charges on the store credit amount as applicable.
  • If the product has been cleared (no damaged packaging, all manuals/items/accessories accounted for), the full amount would be issued as store credit within 7-10 working days (minus the 25% restocking and handling fee).
  • If the product has been ordered but it has not been shipped, then you can cancel the order and avail 100% store credit towards purchase of any other item available on . Please note that we will not be able to refund the amount once order is placed.
  • Due to the nature of high-end products we are authorised dealers for, not all products qualify for a return. In the event of a defective unit, the unit will be replaced with an identical unit. Furthermore, if we are unable to supply a replacement unit within 30-45 days, we will issue store credit.

  • (a) Manufacturer’s warranty 
  • (b) Physical damage to items are not covered under warranty
  • (c) Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorised person/other service centre
  • (d) Please retain your sales invoice to claim warranty
  • (e) Warranty is applicable within the region of the Republic of India only, unless stated otherwise 

All the legal cases will be the treated in only Chennai jurisdiction court.
